Tuna Tartare on Bed of Herb Salad with Sesame Dressing
The perfect tuna tartare on bed of herb salad with sesame dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Tuna
- 3 Pc. Spring onions
- 1 Pc. Lemon stick
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 15 g Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
- Wild herbs Salad
- First, cut the soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, lemongrass into rings and stir the spring onions, cut into rings, to make a dressing. Divide the dressing into two portions.
- Ten minutes before serving, add the tuna, cut into small cubes, to the dressing and mix, season to taste and serve on the herb salad.
- Then drizzle the second part of the dressing onto the herb salad and decorate with edible flowers.
