Crunchy Bulgur Salad with Tuna Dressing
The perfect crunchy bulgur salad with tuna dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Tuna dressing
- Sugar
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 Can Tuna
- 60 g Yogurt
- 1 Onion small
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- Dried coriander
Bulgur salad
- 1 Cup Bulgur
- 2 cups Water
- 0,5 Squeezed lemon
- 1 Red peppers
From my KB
- 1 portion Sweet and sour salad
- Olive oil
- Sesame black
- Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Rasel Hanout
Tuna dressing
- Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic – finely puree together with the tuna, sweet chili sauce and yoghurt – season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, coriander and sugar.

- Simmer the bulgur with two cups of water, salt and half a lemon until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Cut the paprika into thin strips and mix with the sweet and sour salad – fold in the bulgur and season with olive oil, rasél hanout, salt, pepper, rice vinegar and sugar.
- Let it steep briefly and serve with sesame seeds and tuna dressing.
