Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g marzipan paste
- 100 g ground almonds
- 30 pistachios
- e.g. powdered sugar

Knead the marzipan mixture with the ground almonds, roll into long sausages, and form them into rings about 2 cm in diameter. Press 1/2 pistachio nuts onto the left and right sides of the rings and dust with powdered sugar. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake the rings on the bottom rack for 10 minutes. Dust again with powdered sugar and let cool completely before storing in a tin. These delicacies are delicious with coffee and are especially delicious with a glass of fine red wine.
