Goat Cheese
The perfect goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Chevroux goat cheese
- 1 Fig fresh
- 2 Slices of pineapple fresh
- Pistachios, peeled
- 2 tbsp Truffle honey
- Slice the fig thinly as well as the pineapple and cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel the pistachios and place on them, drizzle everything with the truffle honey. Leave the truffle slices in the rest of the truffle honey (when it is almost eaten). You can use it again by refilling the honey and letting it infuse. I found the truffle honey at a cheese dealer: it costs just under 20 euros, but is very productive. With a baguette and a glass of full-bodied red wine.
