  • 500 g Seasoned minced meat
  • 4 tablespoon Gypsy sauce
  • 200 g Gouda cheese
  • 0,5 Yellow peppers
  • 0,5 Green peppers
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 6 Bun
  1. Cut the paprika, onion and cheese into small cubes with the gypsy sauce add to the minced meat and knead everything together until a certain bond is formed.
  2. Cut the rolls open and coat each half with about 2 tablespoons of minced meat mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place on the middle. Slide the rails of the oven. Set the infrared grill to 230 °. Bake the rolls for about 25 minutes. The cheese should be nice and crispy and the mince should of course be cooked through. The pizza rolls can get a nice tan and then enjoy them immediately … mmmh!
