Turkey and asparagus roll

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 12 stalk(s) asparagus
  • 8 tsp BBQ rub of your choice
  • 80 g cheese for topping
  • 24 strips of bacon

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

simple and delicious

Peel the asparagus and simmer for a few minutes, but do not cook thoroughly. Flatten the turkey cutlets slightly and season. Place three parboiled asparagus spears in the center and sprinkle with some cheese. Now roll them in bacon strips. Secure the rolled turkey cutlets with toothpicks or a skewer and place them on the grill. When the bacon is nice and crispy, the meat should be cooked through.
