Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg turkey breast fillet(s)
- 1 can peach(s)
- 1 can pineapple
- 3 bananas
- 500 ml sweet cream
- 7 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- some pepper
- 350 g cheese (e.g. raclette cheese or medium-aged Gouda)
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Savory – sweet
Cut the turkey breast into small pieces. Chop the fruit into small pieces. Chop the bananas just before eating. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Whip the sweet cream until semi-stiff, fold in the crème fraîche, and season with curry powder and pepper. Let it simmer. Place the meat in the pan and season with soy sauce. Top with fruit and pour the cream mixture over it. Finally, arrange the cheese on top and cook in the raclette grill until browned. Serve with rice or white bread. Tip: Leftovers are great for the next day. Simply fry the meat in butter in a pan, briefly sauté the fruit, and pour the rest of the sauce over it. Let everything heat up again.
