Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

quick and easy

Cut the turkey breast into approximately 1 cm thick slices and the mozzarella into approximately 1/2 cm slices. Grease a rectangular pan with olive oil. Alternate the turkey breast, mozzarella, and tomatoes with their juices in the pan in a shingle-like pattern. You can also use approximately 500 g of fresh tomatoes, but I’ve had better results with canned tomatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper. Sprinkle generously with parsley to give the dish a special touch. Bake in the oven at 170 °C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 40 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
