Turkey and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast, shredded
  • some oil, or butaris
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), peeled and diced
  • 300 g mushrooms, brown, chopped
  • some chili, dried and crumbled
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or legere
  • some cornstarch or locust bean gum, mixed with a little water
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the turkey breast and brown it in the oil. Remove from the pan and season. Add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, leek, and chili to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche, thicken with the sauce thickener, and season with Worcestershire sauce. Return the meat and heat through. Serve with potatoes, rice, or pasta.
