Turkey breast in apricot coating

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg turkey breast (you can use a little more or less)
  • 250 g apricot jam, preferably homemade
  • 3 tsp mustard, hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Lightly salt and pepper the turkey breast and roast it in a roasting pan in the oven at 180°C for about two hours. Then, mix the apricot jam with the mustard and spread it over the meat. Roast for another 15 minutes, until the coating is lightly browned and shiny. Serve with sweet potatoes and creamed green beans. The ingredients should be high-quality.
