Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • ½ tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp red onion(s) (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW – suitable

Whisk all ingredients together and pour over a salad, e.g., iceberg lettuce or mixed greens with lettuce, strips of peppers, cucumbers, etc., and mix well. For WW, you only charge 1 point for the oil, nothing else!
