Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- ¾ liter of beer (pilsner)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ kg turkey breast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, and salt. Add the beer and stir, preferably with an electric mixer, until the batter has a slightly runny consistency. Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Cut the turkey breast into pieces approximately 3 cm³ in size. Coat the turkey breast pieces in the batter and fry in batches at 170°C, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
