Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some salad, colorful
  • 4 slices of sandwich toast
  • 250 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • some salt and pepper
  • some remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepare the salad as desired and arrange on plates. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into strips. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Fry the bacon slices in a pan without adding any fat until crispy, then remove from the pan. Add the turkey breast strips to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and fry until lightly browned and cooked through. Spread two slices of toast with remoulade and top first with the bacon, then with the turkey breast strips, and finally with the onion rings. Arrange the salad on the plates. Fry the two eggs in another pan until fried and place on top. Sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper. Place the other two slices of toast on top as a lid and serve.
