Turkey breast strips with cream and mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 5 large mushrooms
  • 2 slice(s) turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Brown both together in a hot pan. Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, and add them. Sauté briefly. Finally, pour over the cream and stir everything together. Season to taste. Serve with pasta, rice, or even bread. Tip: You can also simply pour the dish over cooked rice or pasta, sprinkle with some cheese, and bake in the oven (or microwave).
