Turkey Breast with Sweet and Sour Vegetables and Mie Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 800 g Turkey breast with vegetables sweet and sour / rest of yesterday / see my recipe: *)
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 190 g Mie noodles
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook Mie noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain and toss in sunflower oil (1 teaspoon). Whisk eggs (2 pieces) with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and turmeric (½ teaspoon). Bake a pancake in a pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp), remove, roll up and cut into small rolls. Heat the turkey breast with sweet and sour vegetables in a wok, add / fold in the Mie noodles, season with sweet chili sauce (2 tbsp) and mix well. Arrange the egg rolls decoratively on top and serve. If you want, you can also serve sweet chili sauce. *) Turkey breast with sweet and sour vegetables and spicy yellow rice
