Nuremberg Grilled Sausages on Sauerkraut

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Nuremberg grilled sausages 12 pieces / 250 g / reduced fat
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 Glass Barrel KRAUT 400 g ready-to-use
  • 2 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • 1 Tomato cut in half

Instructions
 

  • Fry the Nuremberg sausages in a small pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) on all sides until they are golden-brown. Put the sauerkraut in a small saucepan and heat for a few minutes. Spread the sauerkraut on 2 plates, arrange the sausages on top, garnish with half a tomato and serve with medium-hot mustard.
