The perfect turkey-cream-champions-sliced meat with broccoli and tagliatelle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The sauce
- 400 g Turkey breast fresh
- 200 g Cream 30% fat
- 150 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 100 g Processed cheese
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 3 piece Big brown mushrooms
- 250 g Fresh broccoli
- 1 piece Scarlet
Tagliatelle
- 400 g Tagliatelle
The sauce
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch. Cut the turkey meat into small strips and fry. Add the sliced champions and the mustache, when everything is fried, deglaze with the cream and let the cream cheese run in it. Season everything well with plenty of pepper and a little salt. Finally, just before serving, add the broccoli (otherwise it will crumble)
Tagliatelle
- Cook the ribbon noodle according to the instructions on the packet in plenty of salted water “al dente”. Enjoy your meal
