Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g onion(s)
- 600 g turkey schnitzel
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 150 g nuts (trail mix)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 300 g peas (frozen)
- 300 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 1 pinch of coriander for garnish
- 350 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the onion. Cut the meat into strips. Heat the oil in a pan, brown the meat, season, and remove. Toast the trail mix in the hot frying fat. Sprinkle the flour and curry powder over the mixture and sauté. Deglaze with 350 ml water and bring to a boil. Add the peas. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the yogurt, add the meat back, heat briefly, and season to taste. Garnish with coriander. Serve with flatbread.
