Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 360 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 3 tsp spice mix (poultry seasoning)
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- 3 medium-sized bell peppers
- 200 g bamboo shoots
- 150 g peas
- 100 ml orange juice, without sugar
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch parsley
- 320 g rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice as usual until tender. Cut the meat into strips, sprinkle with poultry seasoning, and fry in heated oil. Roughly dice the bell peppers and fry them, then add the bamboo shoots and peas. Pour in the orange juice and sauté everything over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the parsley, mix it into the freshly cooked rice, and serve the rice with the turkey curry.
