Zucchini cheese cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 ml cream
  • 120 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

hearty & vegetarian

Wash and coarsely grate the zucchini. Whisk the eggs with flour, baking powder, and cream. Pour the batter over the grated zucchini. Fold in the cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
