Turkey curry with fruit cocktail and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 large can/n cocktail fruits
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • starch flour
  • Salt and pepper, colorful, freshly ground
  • curry
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quick and easy!

Chop the turkey and onions. Heat the fat in a medium-sized saucepan and brown the turkey and onions until tender. Season with salt and pepper and plenty of curry powder. Add the fruit cocktail, drained mushrooms, cream, and milk, and bring to a boil briefly. Thicken slightly with cornstarch. We always serve this with rice.
