Turkey Curry with Peach
The perfect turkey curry with peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Turkey fillets
- 1 Zucchini
- 5 Fresh mushrooms
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Ginger
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 5 half Peaches canned
- 1 tablespoon Curry arabica hot
- 1 Msp Saffron threads
- Crushed red pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 0,5 Can Peach juice
