Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey drumsticks
- 4 tbsp clarified butter
- Chicken seasoning
- 350 ml chicken broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 50 ml white wine
- n. B. cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
in a pressure cooker
Wash the turkey legs and pat dry. Season thoroughly with chicken seasoning and brown vigorously in clarified butter in a pressure cooker or pressure frying pan. Deglaze with white wine and add the broth, tomato paste, and chopped onions to the pot. Close the pot and cook on level II for about 45 minutes. After the cooking time is complete, release the steam from the pot according to the instructions and remove the legs from the pot. Purée the sauce as desired. Thicken with cornstarch if desired. Serve with potatoes or pasta and a green salad.
