Turkey Escalope Gypsy Style
The perfect turkey escalope gypsy style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Paprika
- 1 Onion
- 4 Turkey schnitzel a`150g
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, pepper, dried mayoran
- 1 Bottle Gypsy sauce 250 ml
- 250 ml Tomato juice
- 50 g Black olive
- 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into strips, wash the meat and pat dry. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the schnitzel briefly on both sides. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram, remove
- Fry the paprika and onion in the frying oil. Add the gypsy sauce and tomato juice, bring to the boil. Cut the olives into slices and add, season with salt and pepper.
- Put the schnitzel in a baking dish, spread the paprika sauce over it and put the creme fraiche on top in blobs. Baked in a preheated oven with a fan oven at 175 degrees for approx. 10 minutes.
