Turkey Liver Gypsy Style

The perfect turkey liver gypsy style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Turkey liver
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 packet Tomatoes happened
  • 2 Onions
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Some chilli paste to taste
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Clean the bell peppers, peel the onions. Liver and paprika in strips, cut the onion into thin wedges.
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the liver, onions and peppers over medium heat.
  1. Pour the tomatoes, add the finely chopped garlic, season well with the spices.
  1. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. The vegetables should still be crisp.
  1. Serve with rice.
