Turkey Liver Gypsy Style
The perfect turkey liver gypsy style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Turkey liver
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 packet Tomatoes happened
- 2 Onions
- Hot paprika powder
- Some chilli paste to taste
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Clean the bell peppers, peel the onions. Liver and paprika in strips, cut the onion into thin wedges.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the liver, onions and peppers over medium heat.
- Pour the tomatoes, add the finely chopped garlic, season well with the spices.
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. The vegetables should still be crisp.
- Serve with rice.
