Tomato Salad À La Heiko
The perfect tomato salad à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the vinaigrette
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 1 bunch Chives
- 4 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp 8 Kräuter Gewürzmischung
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Make a vinaigrette from water, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, 8 herbs and spices and pepper from the mill.
- Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Wash the chives and cut into rings.
- Now add the onions, cheese and tomatoes to the vinaigrette and stir in. Finally add the chives and season again with salt and pepper. Just serve with a baguette. Good Appetite.
