Tomato Salad À La Heiko

The perfect tomato salad à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the vinaigrette

  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp 8 Kräuter Gewürzmischung
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Make a vinaigrette from water, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, 8 herbs and spices and pepper from the mill.
  2. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Wash the chives and cut into rings.
  3. Now add the onions, cheese and tomatoes to the vinaigrette and stir in. Finally add the chives and season again with salt and pepper. Just serve with a baguette. Good Appetite.
