Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Turkey fillet
  • 2 packet Mozzarella
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Salt, pepper, basil, paprika

Instructions
 

  • First you take 2 tomatoes and 2 onions, cut them into small cubes and put them together in a baking dish. Now the other two tomatoes and the mozzarella are cut into slices and put aside.
  • Now the turkey fillet is divided into 6 small pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper, basil and a little paprika and seared briefly on all sides. Then place the turkey pieces on the onion-tomato bed, place 1-2 slices of tomato and 1-2 slices of mozzarella on top.
  • Now put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 °. We serve pasta or rice with tomato cream sauce.
