Turkey Fillet Baked with Tomato Mozzarella
The perfect turkey fillet baked with tomato mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Turkey fillet
- 2 Pck. Mozzarella
- 4 Pc. Tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Onions
- 2 Pc. Salt, pepper, basil, paprika
- First you take 2 tomatoes and 2 onions, cut them into small cubes and put them together in a baking dish. Now the other two tomatoes and the mozzarella are cut into slices and put aside.
- Now the turkey fillet is divided into 6 small pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper, basil and a little paprika and seared briefly on all sides. Then place the turkey pieces on the onion-tomato bed, place 1-2 slices of tomato and 1-2 slices of mozzarella on top.
- Now put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 °. We serve pasta or rice with tomato cream sauce.
