Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 ml cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Form into small balls (3-4 cm in diameter). Clean and slice the mushrooms. Grate the carrot. Cut the onion into rolls. Fry the meatballs in a little oil, then remove from the pan. Sauté the sliced ​​mushrooms, grated carrot, and onion. Deglaze with water and cream. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with spaghetti.
