Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 3 spring onions
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml cream
- Salt
- pepper
- marjoram
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Form into small balls (3-4 cm in diameter). Clean and slice the mushrooms. Grate the carrot. Cut the onion into rolls. Fry the meatballs in a little oil, then remove from the pan. Sauté the sliced mushrooms, grated carrot, and onion. Deglaze with water and cream. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with spaghetti.
