Turkey Fillet with Paprika and Herbs

The perfect turkey fillet with paprika and herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Turkey fillet
  • 3 Red pointed peppers
  • 50 g 8 Kräuter – Mischung TK
  • 1 Red onion
  • 200 ml Semi-Dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Cut the onion into half rings, roughly cut the gutted peppers.
  2. Gently fry finger-thick slices of turkey fillet with onion and paprika in a little oil.
  3. Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside.
  4. Deglaze with Riesling, bring to the boil briefly, then first add the cream, then the herbs.
  5. Season to taste with pepper and salt, then the turkey is allowed to return to the sauce and warm up again.
