Turkey Fillet with Paprika and Herbs

- 400 g Turkey fillet
- 3 Red pointed peppers
- 50 g 8 Kräuter – Mischung TK
- 1 Red onion
- 200 ml Semi-Dry white wine
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Cut the onion into half rings, roughly cut the gutted peppers.
- Gently fry finger-thick slices of turkey fillet with onion and paprika in a little oil.
- Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside.
- Deglaze with Riesling, bring to the boil briefly, then first add the cream, then the herbs.
- Season to taste with pepper and salt, then the turkey is allowed to return to the sauce and warm up again.
