Turkey fricassee

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 g mushrooms, small
  • 75 ml white wine, alternatively apple juice
  • 100 ml crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and delicious

Cut the turkey breast fillet into small, fork-sized pieces and sear. Slice the leek into rings and quarter the mushrooms. Place both ingredients in a microwave-safe casserole dish. Combine the white wine, crème fraîche, cornstarch, and vegetable stock and add to the vegetables. Cover and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for about 16 minutes. Add the meat and return to the microwave for another 4 minutes at 600 watts. Let the dish rest briefly. Stir again before serving.
