Turkey goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 650 g turkey goulash
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • some flour, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into half rings. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice them. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pot, add the meat, and brown. Add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic and sauté. Add the paprika and tomato paste and sauté while stirring. Pour in the wine and stock, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Thicken with a little flour, if desired.
