Ingredients
- 500 g Turkey goulash
- 300 g Tagliatelle
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 Red Pointed peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Tetra pack Strained tomatoes
- 1 can Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried rosemary
- Dried basil
- Oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
- Fry the turkey goulash in oil, peel the onions and garlic, dice finely and sauté with the meat until translucent.
- Clean and dice the peppers and sauté briefly with the meat, dice the tomatoes and add to the meat.
- Add the herbs and spices.
- Dust the whole thing with the flour and deglaze with the stock, add the tomatoes and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Now stir in the tomato paste and sour cream, bring to the boil and serve with the ribbon noodles.
- Actually, the mushrooms should also be included in the goulash, I only noticed when I was eating that something was missing ..... Well, a bear forgets something ... in any case, it was very tasty even without the mushrooms .....
