Turkey Goulash with Ribbon Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Turkey goulash
  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Red Pointed peppers
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Tetra pack Strained tomatoes
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried basil
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Fry the turkey goulash in oil, peel the onions and garlic, dice finely and sauté with the meat until translucent.
  • Clean and dice the peppers and sauté briefly with the meat, dice the tomatoes and add to the meat.
  • Add the herbs and spices.
  • Dust the whole thing with the flour and deglaze with the stock, add the tomatoes and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Now stir in the tomato paste and sour cream, bring to the boil and serve with the ribbon noodles.
  • Actually, the mushrooms should also be included in the goulash, I only noticed when I was eating that something was missing ..... Well, a bear forgets something ... in any case, it was very tasty even without the mushrooms .....
