Chili Con Carne with Celery

The perfect chili con carne with celery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Roast meat, schnitzel or goulash, seared
  • 1 piece Onion chopped, fried
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 125 g Canned kidney beans
  • 50 g Sweet corn (vegetable corn) cooked
  • 2 piece Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 10 piece Red chilli pepper [Jalapena], cut up
  • 500 ml Tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp Rosemary needles
  • 1 pinch Salt flavored
  • 1 pinch Colorful pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 100%
  • 1 tbsp Mozzarella

Chili con carne:

  1. Briefly brown the meat with the onions and the oil on both sides, add the tomato juice and the other ingredients to the pan and let it braise. Finally add the mozzarella, the spices and the cocoa powder and don’t forget to season.

Serve with:

  1. Boiled potatoes or vegetable rice, lettuce and yogurt.
