Turkey Goulash
The perfect turkey goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Turkey breast
- 1 Onion
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 2 Bell peppers (red, yellow)
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Turmeric
- 250 ml Broth
- 500 g Tomatoes happened
- 285 g Canned Corn or Corn with Beans
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Piri Piri Chili Powder
- Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, rinse and cut into small cubes.
- Fry the meat in the oil. Scatter paprika powder and turmeric on top. Add onion, garlic and paprika and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth and stir in the tomatoes. After about 10 minutes, add the drained corn. Let everything simmer for a few minutes. Then season with salt, pepper, piri piri. Serve with rice and fresh herbs.
