Mie Noodles with Vegetables
The perfect mie noodles with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Mie noodles
- 1 bag Chinese vegetables frozen
- 1 teaspoon Red curry paste
- Wok spice mix
- Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
- Put the frozen vegetables in a hot pan and let thaw while stirring. Add the curry paste and stir in, possibly season with wok spices or Chinese spice mixture as desired.
- Add the pasta and fry briefly until it is hot again, and it is ready to serve.
