Mie Noodles with Vegetables

The perfect mie noodles with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Mie noodles
  • 1 bag Chinese vegetables frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Red curry paste
  • Wok spice mix
  1. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
  2. Put the frozen vegetables in a hot pan and let thaw while stirring. Add the curry paste and stir in, possibly season with wok spices or Chinese spice mixture as desired.
  3. Add the pasta and fry briefly until it is hot again, and it is ready to serve.
