Turkey Liver Exotic …

The perfect turkey liver exotic … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Turkey liver
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 sake Chinese garlic
  • 100 g cube from Smoked bacon streaked
  • 1 handful of chopped Walnut kernels
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek
  1. Water a Roman pot according to the instructions.
  2. During this time, rinse the liver with cold water, then pat it dry again and then put it in a bowl, cut into large cubes; Chop the onions and garlic; Chop the walnuts in a frozen bag with the meat tenderizer and add everything to the pieces of liver in the bowl. Fry the bacon in a dry pan and fold into the liver with the oil, wine, soy sauce and sambal.
  3. Pour the mixture into the soaked Römertopf, close it and put it in the cold oven. Set to 220 degrees and let cook for 60 minutes. Rice goes best with this exotic liver dish – I spiced it up with a bit of leftover vegetables …. it was delicious !!
  4. I took the recipe from a Römertopf cookbook and prepared it slightly differently, also once with beef liver.
