Turkey Liver with Onion and Apple

Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Turkey liver
  • 250 g Belle de Boskoop Apples
  • 250 g Diced onions
  • 200 ml Uht milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • 0,5 Squeezed lemon

Instructions
 

  • Wash the liver and remove the tendons, cut pieces into appropriate portions and soak in milk for about 2 hours.
  • Peel and core the apples, cut into pieces and drizzle with a little squeezed lemon.
  • Peel the vegetable onions and cut into slices. Fry in the pan with a tablespoon until golden brown. Then fry the onions on their side and the apples on all sides.
  • Dab the liver dry and season with pepper on all sides, fry on all sides for about 5 - 10 minutes (in the first third of the heat), add apples and onions, keep warm for another five minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and salt from the mill,
