- 1 Pc. Turkey liver
- Salt pepper
- 1 Handful Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 teaspoon Butter
Preface
- The turkey liver was inside the last turkey and is too good to dispose of. My Göga was really happy about it and loved how delicious the liver was.
- Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Dry off the turkey liver on a paper towel. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the liver in the hot pan. After roasting. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make the salad to your own taste and arrange on a plate with the liver. If you like, you can add a slice of bread.
