Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken liver(s) (alternatively turkey liver)
- 3 onions, cut into rings
- some flour
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the livers, pat dry, and coat in flour. Heat oil in a pan and briefly fry the livers. Add the onions and season generously. Continue frying over low heat for about 10 minutes, deglaze with a little water if necessary. Serve with mashed potatoes or baguette with garlic butter.
