Turkey mini steaks with oven-baked vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey steak(s), small
  • 200 g fried peppers
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • some olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • some Thai curry paste, red
  • some salt and pepper
  • some garlic salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Place the turkey mini steaks in a bowl and season with curry, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow to marinate. Transfer the vegetables to a covered aluminum tray or casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic salt. Mix everything thoroughly and place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the turkey mini steaks from the refrigerator and sear them on both sides in a pan with a little olive oil. Alternatively, cook them in a grill pan without olive oil.
