Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 50 g iceberg lettuce, cut into strips
  • 20 g yogurt with herbs (homemade)
  • herbal salt
  • Dough (pancake dough) for pancakes
  • Spice mix for poultry
  • Oil (rapeseed oil)
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the turkey strips and fry briefly in rapeseed oil. Add the tomatoes and iceberg lettuce, and season with herb salt. Place the pancake batter in a pan at the same time and fry until golden brown on both sides. Fill the pancakes with the ingredients, pour the yogurt sauce over them, and then roll them up. Garnish with a small salad.
