Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Sifted flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 75 g Sanella
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,125 L Milk lukewarm
  • 3 Apples Elstar
  • Lemon juice
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 50 g Currants
  • Sifted flour
  • 2 Fat for deep-frying
  • Cinnamon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour, sugar, yeast & milk in a mixing bowl, mix briefly.
  • Peel apples, cut into 1/4, grate and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • add eggs, fat. Then mix in the grated apples.
  • Wash the raisins and currants, let them drain and fold in. Cover the dough and let it rise. about 60 min.
  • Put the flour on a worktop. Knead the dough, add a little flour if necessary. The consistency of the dough should be a little firmer, so let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  • Heat the fat.
  • Put a small amount of dough in hot fat with 2 tablespoons for frying & bake. They should be golden yellow.
  • Place kitchen crepe on the worktop, place the donuts on it, dab with a 2. crepe and then roll the donuts in cinnamon sugar.
