  • 500 g Sifted flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 75 g Sanella
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 0,125 liter Milk lukewarm
  • 3 Pc. Apples Elstar
  • Lemon juice
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 50 g Currants
  • Sifted flour
  • 2 Poles Fat for deep-frying
  • Cinnamon sugar
  1. Put the flour, sugar, yeast & milk in a mixing bowl, mix briefly.
  2. Peel apples, cut into 1/4, grate and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. add eggs, fat. Then mix in the grated apples.
  4. Wash the raisins and currants, let them drain and fold in. Cover the dough and let it rise. about 60 min.
  5. Put the flour on a worktop. Knead the dough, add a little flour if necessary. The consistency of the dough should be a little firmer, so let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  6. Heat the fat.
  7. Put a small amount of dough in hot fat with 2 tablespoons for frying & bake. They should be golden yellow.
  8. Place kitchen crepe on the worktop, place the donuts on it, dab with a 2. crepe and then roll the donuts in cinnamon sugar.
