Ingredients
- 500 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 75 g Sanella
- 2 Eggs
- 0,125 L Milk lukewarm
- 3 Apples Elstar
- Lemon juice
- 50 g Raisins
- 50 g Currants
- Sifted flour
- 2 Fat for deep-frying
- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Put the flour, sugar, yeast & milk in a mixing bowl, mix briefly.
- Peel apples, cut into 1/4, grate and drizzle with lemon juice.
- add eggs, fat. Then mix in the grated apples.
- Wash the raisins and currants, let them drain and fold in. Cover the dough and let it rise. about 60 min.
- Put the flour on a worktop. Knead the dough, add a little flour if necessary. The consistency of the dough should be a little firmer, so let it rise for another 20 minutes.
- Heat the fat.
- Put a small amount of dough in hot fat with 2 tablespoons for frying & bake. They should be golden yellow.
- Place kitchen crepe on the worktop, place the donuts on it, dab with a 2. crepe and then roll the donuts in cinnamon sugar.
