Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 2 tsp Green peppercorns pickled
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Rinse the turkey meat with cold water, dab and cut into small cubes. Heat the clarified butter and fry the meat cubes in two portions one after the other. Put all the meat back into the pot, add the peppercorns, tarragon and water. Bring everything to a boil and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the crème fraîche (I use the layered cream or the light one ... see picture), mix well, season with pepper and salt, heat, but do not boil anymore.

Annotation:

  • Tarragon is actually a typical herb for fish dishes and has a very dominant taste when dried! So first of all do not add more than what is stated in the list of ingredients!

Side dishes:

  • This goes well with rice and broccoli, for example. Enjoy your meal!
