Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g meat (turkey gyros), seasoned
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 package of sheep’s cheese
- 200 g mushrooms
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Combine turkey gyros with cream, diced feta cheese, and finely chopped mushrooms in a casserole dish. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Serve with baguette or rice. Tip: Vary with finely chopped bell peppers, chili peppers, or olives.
