from the aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan). Pound the turkey schnitzel and season lightly with salt and pepper. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Spread out four pieces of aluminum foil, each about 40 cm long, and brush the first third in the middle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle dried herbs and a little freshly ground pepper over the oil. Top each schnitzel with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Place 2-3 tomato strips and 2 basil leaves on one end of the schnitzel and roll it up. Place each schnitzel roll on a piece of aluminum foil and roll it up as well, twisting the ends together like a cracker. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
