Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 slices of turkey schnitzel
- 3 slice(s) ham (smoked ham)
- Feta cheese, 3 thick strips
- 3 cucumber sticks
- 2 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 handful of mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley)

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
and fresh herbs
Place the turkey schnitzels on a surface, flatten, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Then place the smoked ham, leaving no fat on top, on top of the turkey schnitzels. Top with a cucumber stick and a strip of feta cheese, and roll it up. Add the oil to a hot pan and sear the turkey roulades on all sides over high heat. Then fry the roulades in the pan for another 10 minutes, turning frequently. A delicious sauce for the turkey roulades is quick and easy to conjure up. Peel and dice an onion, add 250 ml of vegetable stock, some herbs, and 3 to 4 tablespoons of herb cheese to make the turkey roulades perfect.
