Turkey salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g turkey meat, medallions
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • ½ can corn
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Sauce (French dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the turkey medallions, cut into small strips, and brown them with salt and pepper. Then cut the feta cheese into small pieces and place it in a bowl along with the shredded iceberg lettuce and corn. Add French dressing, if desired, and fold in the fried turkey strips. This is also delicious with chicken. For a special kick, you can also add sunflower seeds.
