Turkey Sausage Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar Vinaigrette

The perfect turkey sausage salad with apple cider vinegar vinaigrette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Turkey sausage – exclusively! of Turkey!!
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Diced shallot
  • 1 Chives
  • 50 ml Water or vegetable broth
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 0,25 Cucumber
  • 1 Spring onion

Prepare the vinaigrette

  1. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and rapeseed oil thoroughly, then add the shallot cubes and the spring onion, cut into fine slices. Mix with water / vegetable stock. Season the whole thing and season it if necessary (has to be very strong so that the aromas can be transferred to the sausage and vegetables)
