Turkey Sausage Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar Vinaigrette
The perfect turkey sausage salad with apple cider vinegar vinaigrette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey sausage – exclusively! of Turkey!!
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Diced shallot
- 1 Chives
- 50 ml Water or vegetable broth
- 1 Red pepper
- 0,25 Cucumber
- 1 Spring onion
Prepare the vinaigrette
- Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and rapeseed oil thoroughly, then add the shallot cubes and the spring onion, cut into fine slices. Mix with water / vegetable stock. Season the whole thing and season it if necessary (has to be very strong so that the aromas can be transferred to the sausage and vegetables)

- Cut the sausage into fine strips
- Peel the cucumber, slowly slice it then into thin strips
- Cut the bell pepper into thin strips
- Cut the chives into thin rolls

- Put the sausage and vegetables in the vinaigrette and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes
Serving
- Arrange the lettuce leaves in a star shape on a plate and drizzle with a little vinaigrette. Then place the sausage salad on top and sprinkle with the chives
