Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large turkey cutlets, thin
- 4 tbsp herb cream cheese
- ½ bunch wild garlic, chopped
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Oil or clarified butter or margarine for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pat the schnitzels dry and flatten them. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread each schnitzel with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and sprinkle with wild garlic and cheese. Fold over and press the edges firmly together. Fry in a pan with fat until cooked through. Serve with rice and tomato sauce, for example.
