Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 700 g jacket potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 500 ml béchamel sauce
- 250 g mountain cheese, grated
- Salt
- Garlic
- chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter, slowly fry the bacon, add the potatoes and sauté briefly. Mix with the béchamel sauce and season to taste. Layer in a dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
